Weddings
We offer two distinctive settings for Vermont weddings depending on the size of your guest list and your vision for this special day.
For up to 25 guests: The Inn at Shelburne Farms
A simple ceremony in the garden followed by cocktails on the porch and dinner in the private dining room make the Inn at Shelburne Farms just right for an intimate wedding celebration.
For up to 200 guests: The Coach Barn
This turn-of-the-century building, located just south of the Inn, includes a large lawn on the shores of the lake for both your ceremony and cocktail hour. Dinner and dancing can follow in its large halls. A dinner tent site is available for even larger gatherings. Early May to mid-November.
Meetings and Special Functions
For small groups The Inn at Shelburne Farms provides a quiet, elegant setting for meetings with meals and refreshments or for that special celebration meal. mid-May thru mid-October.
The Coach Barn at Shelburne Farms has both a unique indoor and spectacular outdoor setting for larger events from 50 to 500 people (off-site conference dinners, cocktail receptions, symposiums). Rented as a bare facility, our staff will work closely with you to provide resources, guidance and support. early May to mid-November.
